Do You Have An Exchange Policy?

We understand that picking the right colour might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Chic Hair Extensions for a set of the right colour within fourteen (14) days of you receiving your order. We will not accept an exchange if the security seal has been tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we believe the security seal has been opened or tampered with. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to resend the package back to us and then to you. We will only exchange your purchase once only. 

**All discounted products and sale items are final sale, no exchanges. 

How can I exchange my Chic Hair Extensions for the right colour?

You must contact us first at (hello@chichairextensions.nz) within the industry leading fourteen (14) day exchange period. A photo of the packaging must accompany the email. All Chic Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or the security seal tampered with or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, which is in Auckland, New Zealand. The exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. We, CHic Hair Extensions reserve the right to decline your exchange if we see fit. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Chic Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.

Refunds:

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. We also will not accept refunds for any item that has been opened or had the security seal tampered with. We reserve the right to approve or reject your refund. If your refund is accepted it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, after your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
